Modified Urethane is formed by the chemical reaction of two different chemicals at the time of application. This method is highly durable, and is often used inlaid on new pavement projects, and can also be effective on chip seal pavements. However, because of its formation, it requires specialty equipment and preparation. This material can be used for long lines and special markings, and adheres to both asphalt and concrete road surfaces.
